Delete your AIoT account

You can request deletion directly in the AIoT app. This disables your login immediately and removes app data stored on that phone.

Delete from the app

Open AIoT and tap your profile button.
Open Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email liqiyangtech@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “AIoT account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership.

What is deleted

The in-app action removes local device pairings, readings, and saved chats from that phone. Your login is disabled immediately, and remaining cloud account metadata is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Deleting the cloud account from another device cannot erase local data on a phone we cannot access. Uninstall AIoT or use the in-app deletion action on each device to remove its local app data.
