For account, device connection, privacy, or product feedback, email liqiyangtech@gmail.com. Include your phone model, device name, and a short description. Never send passwords or private API keys.

Before contacting support

Keep the device powered on and close to your phone.
Confirm Bluetooth is enabled and AIoT has nearby-device permission.
Close any other app currently connected to the device.
Restart the device, reopen AIoT, and scan once more.

Account deletion is available inside AIoT under Account. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page.
